The two principals, David Newby and John Coyle, are well-known in Queensland planning circles and have been leaders within local government and the development industry since the early 1980’s.

Insite Strategies named top Bundy ‘Professional Services’ company
The Bundaberg and District Chamber of Commerce recently announced Insite Strategies as the winner of the coveted Professional Services Award.
Director David Newby, and Associate Nathan Freeman were very pleased to receive the award at the Business Excellence Awards 2011 Dinner. In receiving the award, David acknowledged Bundaberg as a great place for business and thanked clients, Nathan and other staff, as well as his wife for their support since the company’s inception in September 2003.
Afterwards David remarked at how Insite had been able to anticipate and respond to changing market circumstances, “We’ve maintained our fundamental approach of three main service areas…development projects, development assessment, and new planning schemes. This focus has been instrumental in remaining strong through tough economic conditions.”
Local Buy
Insite Strategies is now on the register of pre-qualified suppliers for Local Buy. Local Buy is the Local Government Association of Queensland’s procurement services company. It facilitates business relationships and to aggregate the procurement requirements of Queensland Councils and Government Entities.
Smart eDA
Insite Strategies was the first private consultancy firm outside of South East Queensland to lodge a development application electronically through the Department of Infrastructure & Planning’s Smart eDA service and has been instrumental in encouraging the use of SmarteDA in the Wide Bay region.
