Pressler Properties, Bundaberg
Insite Strategies provided a master plan design, lot layout and statutory planning approval for the first three stages of Kensington Lakes, which included commercial and industry lots in close proximity to the Bundaberg Airport.
Insite Strategies also provided a master structure plan for the balance of the site that incorporates commercial air access lots and an integrated master-planned residential community with lake, town centre and regional sports facility.
A major statutory planning process is now underway including the preparation of a detailed Plan of Development and its negotiation and approval through the Preliminary Approval process.

PREPARATION OF IPA PLANNING SCHEMES

Insite Strategies prepared planning schemes that address building design and the appropriate location of land uses while being responsive to the principles of ecologically sustainable development.
Key elements of the planning scheme preparation process were negotiation with State Government regarding State interests and consultation and communication with Council and the local communities to provide new planning schemes that are responsive to local issues and user-friendly.
